Hotel was well-maintained and good looking. The staff were really helpful and attentive at all times. Its location was stunning, very close to outdoor areas, and Guatape. Also, a Colombian municipality was 3 km away.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, amazing on the lake. The staff were mostly pleasant yet not intrusive. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety.

Appreciated the place, had a good stay on our holiday weekend visit. The staff were efficient and best in case of questions. The location turned out to be particularly good and stunning, next to Piedra del Penol, Medellin, and the lakes. Besides, Rock of Guatape was 1 km away from the venue.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was off.

Every time in Guatape we stay in this hotel. Spotless and great looking place, has splendid views of the lake. The location is amazing and beautiful, amazing on the lake. It's also really close to Medellin, Piedra del Penol and the lakes. We really enjoyed really helpful personnel that ensures guests have a fine stay.

The property was fairly clean and staff was very courteous and nice. The room with a spare futon bed. Everything here was great. The setting was particularly good, next to Guatape, Piedra del Penol and the lakes. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to a huge rock.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fab food, particularly nice views. The location was marvellous for me as it was close enough to the lake, outdoor areas and Piedra del Penol. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Vilmor...
